Everything was great , loved my room , room 210 not the best view but very comfortable bed , spacious , clean . Huge double rain shower . And Right next door to the amazing Pois Penche resto and Trope juice and smoothie bar what more do you need?

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's within walking distance of sights such as Mount Royal and the Fine Arts Museum. There are also various good dining options nearby in a range of prices. Highly recommend the French restaurant right next door! Old Montreal if about 30 minutes walking, ca. 15/20 minutes on the subway or a 10 minute car ride. We traveled as a group of 4 friends and rented the two available suites, which worked great for our purposes.

The suite was very nice and clean, super comfy bed, and everything necessary to spend the weekend in Montréal. The staff were kind, talkative, spoke English, French, Spanish and Italian. Amazing location right downtown, it was all within our budget and got to see most of the hotspots on foot or within a short drive.

Front desk staff were friendly efficient and accommodating. Central location was ideal. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic although gluten free options were not available. We felt very welcome at Hotel Chez Swann.
